What are you returning?

Pick the item below so you follow the right process. Getting this right first time is the quickest way to get it sorted.

MOST RETURNS

Headset bearings

Bearings that sit in the head tube where your fork steers. Got the wrong size or angle? We have a dedicated process: measure your old bearing, fill in the form and post it back. Exchanges go out within 24 hours of arriving.

EVERYTHING ELSE

Any other item

Wheel and hub bearings, bottom bracket bearings, suspension pivot bearings, tools and all other parts.

Not sure if it's a headset bearing? If it came out of the top or bottom of the frame's head tube (where the fork goes through), it is — use the headset bearing returns.

Returning any other item

For anything that isn't a headset bearing, we have a 14-day return policy.

Email us first

Email the-bike-house@hotmail.com with your order number, the item and the reason for the return.

Wait for approval

If your return is accepted, we'll confirm how and where to send it. Items sent back without a return being accepted first won't be accepted.

Post it tracked

Send it unused and in its original packaging, using a tracked service with enough cover for the item.

We check and refund

Once it arrives and has been inspected, approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Good to know

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • We can't accept returns of used or damaged items.
  • Want something different? The fastest way is to return what you have and place a separate order for the new item.
  • Damaged, faulty or wrong item? Email us as soon as it arrives so we can put it right.
